Commercial real estate firm Moses Tucker Real Estate of Little Rock announced March 15 the opening of a second office, a 1,700-SF space in the Nelson’s Crossing development near the intersection of Joyce Boulevard and College Avenue in Fayetteville. “We are representing national clients — such as Pie Five Pizza, Wendy’s, Subway and Burger King — who are looking to expand in this part of the state,” Rett Tucker, the company’s co-chairman, said in a news release. “Having an office in this market will enable us to better serve these clients, as there is no substitute for being there in person.” Tucker, Jimmy Moses, his son Chris Moses, and Lori Adcock-McGehee are principals of the company. MacArthur Park District Heats Up Downtown Little Rock Apartment Market

Moses Tucker Real Estate announced Tuesday the $754,000 sale of the St. Clair Apartments at 500 E. Sixth Street in downtown Little Rock. The new owner of the 12-unit apartment complex in the heart of the MacArthur Park Historic District is St. Clair on 6th LLC, led by Rusty Thompson. Moses Tucker closed the property Thursday, March 17. "I’m enthusiastic about acquiring the St. Clair Apartments in downtown Little Rock and excited to be a part of this growing market," Thompson said in a news release. Leasing underway for another apartment project downtown, including 'retro' bowling alley

Moses Tucker Real Estate is pre-leasing the 36-unit Row at Legion Village, an apartment and commercial project on Rock Street between Capitol Avenue and Sixth Street. The project includes renovation of the M.M. Eberts American Legion Post building into the Dust Bowl, a retro-bowling alley and restaurant. A lease has been signed with the McNellie Group of Tulsa for that portion of the project. They are associated with a similar venue in Oklahoma. The $6.5 million project is to be completed by summer. Architect lays out vision of redeveloped space east of Interstate 30

As the slideshow concluded during a recent public meeting focused on a planned downtown development east of Interstate 30 in Little Rock, Cromwell Architects Engineers Chief Operating Officer Dan Fowler wanted to make sure something was clear to the audience. While the 50 or so attendees were shown plans for a new downtown development including a marina, creative spaces for artists, restaurants, housing and a new KATV studio, Fowler stressed that the slides were merely a vision for what some hoped could happen. It’s time to meet your new neighbors, Little Rock. At the 32nd Downtown Little Rock Partnership Annual Meeting on March 10, the organizationofficially dubbed the area east of downtown as the East Village. The area is home to local favorites like Lost Forty Brewing and Rock Town Distillery, the upcoming Rebel Kettle Brewing & Tap Room and the former Sterling Paint office-warehouse that was recently purchased by Cromwell Architects Engineers with plans for a restaurant and loft apartments.
