The plan encompasses a total restoration of the entire warehouse into class A office space. Newmark Moses Tucker Partners have been hired as the developers of the property with Red 5 Construction heading the construction along with Nielson Architects. They represented the Buyer, 10th & Main, LLC, in the purchase of the 12,518 square foot building and have already preleased over 36% of the office space while actively marketing the remaining 8,000 square feet.
